Lostaholics reWatch of ABC's TV show, LOST. The inaugural reWatch podcast hosted by Lostaholics and Nancy Drew along with her old crew from the Black Rock complete with LostLindsey. Also back on the scene is Heath & Ms Wendy from LOST Revisited Now. And, as if that wasn't enough even James is back if only to remind us how hard core we are! Collectively we revisit these episodes with season 5 eyes to see if there is any new meaning to be found in these past episodes.

In the flashback where Charlie jumps into the pool with his dad, if you listen closely enough just at the moment Charlie steps forward, you can hear the words “come on let’s go, hurry up, Desmond, come on”. This starts an interesting discussion. Did Desmond influence something here that allowed Charlie the ability to swim, as we know he couldn’t until now. Maybe before this incident, Desmond spoke to him about jumping in and trusting his dad. Which now changes the future. We know Desmond is unique and the rules don’t apply to him, so he must be able to influence the past. Maybe that’s why Widmore wanted him on the island, so that he could minimize the disruption caused by Desmond.
