I think I am now officially becoming a fan girl for "Nancy Drew". I have come up with 2 of her same theories myself. I totally agree with the Juliet-is-the-her-that-she-looks-like one and also the Jin-teaches-Charlotte-Korean one. I mention that because like "Nancy Drew",it drove me crazy to see think about Jack easily slipping on those lace-up shoes when even the preview showed Locke's cast as he prepared to hang himself. I don't normally get hung up by continuity errors, but I thought this was too much. They obsess about Locke's legs. Even you guys called him a "pin cushion" for the island. At least the slip on loafers made a little more sense. I don't know coroner/mortuary protocol, but would they even have cut off his cast for the casket?

I have another imagery comment for Nancy Drew. Someone on another podcast pointed out that the Jabba the Hut style strangulation that Ben used on Locke was just like the way James killed the real Sawyer in "The Brig". It's going back a bit in the history of the show, but I think the fact that Sawyer is Locke's father and Ben was the one who told him to kill him makes it even more meaningful.
